For several weeks now, the international editions of ELLE and ELLE Decoration, in particular our Asian editions, have been affected by the Covid-19 virus.

Even at the height of the epidemic in Asia, all of our magazines were able to be published.

Thanks to the professionalism of our local teams, as well as the unique strength of our network which includes our centralized international content Editorial and Syndication teams, the editorial quality has been maintained.

Even though the distribution of our print editions has been put to the test, our digital platforms in Asia experienced an increase in traffic, with certain among them seeing a 40% increase in unique visitors, a 75% growth in pages viewed per session, and close to an additional 80% engagement rate on their social network platforms in comparison to the same period in the previous year.

The first signs of recovery are now visible in Asia, with a return to the office for our Chinese, Hong Kong and Japanese teams, and the upcoming return of our teams based in Korea and Vietnam.

In Europe and America, the epidemic is currently growing in intensity and, following measures announce by various governments, we are taking appropriate actions to protect our employees and partners while still maintaining our operational and strategic capacity.

In Italy and Spain, our print edition will be available free of charge on online newsstands, and will remain as such until the end of the quarantine period.

In Paris, our international teams will be working remotely in order to ensure a quality follow-up of your projects, and will remain reachable as usual.

Thanks to the strong links that bond the ELLE and ELLE Decoration brands with your companies, we remain confident that together we will be able to overcome this period during which the world and our industry are going through an unprecedented health crisis.
